Company and licence data on this site comes from official open data of the Government of the HKSAR (published via DATA.GOV.HK and the relevant departments). Intellectual property in the data is owned by the Government; this site compiles and republishes it under the open data terms, with attribution.
The service
Lists and downloads may be used for business or personal purposes. You may not resell our compiled files wholesale or republish them as your own dataset.
Provided “as is”
All data is provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The register data comes from Companies Registry records; companies dissolved since then are not yet all removed, and current status is not verified. Verify against the official record at cr.gov.hk before relying on it.
Independent service
This site is operated by Making Media Limited (Omago). It is an independent third-party service — not a government website, and not endorsed by the Government.
Lawful use
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the data complies with applicable law, including the direct-marketing provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any feature of this site at any time without notice.
